Etò (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a business management application developed by Envy365 Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Etò mobile application (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account data: Your name, email address, and authentication information, including third-party sign-in through Google or Apple.
• Business profile data: Business name, industry, logo, brand colours, social media handles, phone number, and business address that you voluntarily enter.
• Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and error logs used to improve the service.
• Financial data: Invoice details, client information, and payment records that you enter into the App. We do not store your payment card information.
• Documents and assets: Legal documents, brand assets, and images that you upload or generate within the App.
• Device data: Device type, operating system version, and push notification token when required for reminders and account alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the App and its features.
• Personalise your experience and remember your business profile.
• Send reminders and notifications that you have opted into.
• Improve the App through aggregated and anonymised analytics.
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. AI Features

Some Etò features send your business description and relevant business context to a third-party AI provider to generate content.

This information is used solely to fulfil your in-app request and is not used to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with:

• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider.
• AI providers: Used solely to provide the AI features described above.
• Payment processors: Used when you choose to pay for a Print Shop order or professional service. Payments are processed securely, and we do not receive or store your card details.
• Legal authorities: Where disclosure is required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active.

When you delete your account through the App, your associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring longer retention.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated data through Settings → Delete Account in the App.
• Request an export of your data by contacting us.
• Opt out of marketing communications.

7. Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send push notifications for document reminders and account alerts.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

Etò is intended for users aged 18 and over.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transmission through Transport Layer Security (TLS) and secure authentication.

However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we may notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
